Hello! I am Mickael Dias, a passionate chef who has been immersed in the culinary world since I was young. Surrounded by delicious smells and exquisite flavors growing up, it was only natural for me to pursue studies in culinary arts. After graduating from a prestigious culinary school, I refined my skills working alongside renowned chefs in various fine-dining restaurants.

For the past 7 years, I have been sharing my passion through in-person cooking classes. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced cook, my classes are designed to help you discover new techniques, explore a wide range of recipes, and build confidence in your own kitchen.

My Journey

  • Studied Culinary Arts at the Paul Bocuse Institute, where I learned the fundamentals and intricacies of global cuisines.
  • Internship at Hôtel Plaza Athénée under Michelin-starred chefs, where I honed my skills in haute cuisine.
  • Founded my own cooking class business 7 years ago, after realizing the joy of teaching and inspiring fellow cooking enthusiasts.

Today, I have had the privilege of guiding over 500 students through their culinary journeys, with classes tailored to all skill levels. My goal is to make cooking accessible to everyone, while sharing my philosophy of simple, flavorful, and convivial cooking.
